Full-Day Fishing Charter

A full-day charter is $300 per person for up to six people with a minimum charge of $1,200.

This package will take care of 99% of our customers. It includes all bait, use of tackle, crew and captain. You can choose the day’s query in collaboration with the captain. Guests are invited to bring their own food and drinks along (see FAQ page for additional BYOB details).

Common Trips: Salmon, Rock-Cod, Off Shore Deep Water Rock-Cod, Halibut.

Trolling or live bait available.

Kids fishing is from 8am to 1pm. We will anchor in front of the Boardwalk and fish for bait. The bait is Tom Cod, Mackerel and Smelt. This is fished with light weight spinning gear. The bait will be put into our bait tank. At the end of the trip, we will go out to the rock piles at the mile buoy and allow the kids and adults to fish for ling cod, rock fish and halibut. We will fish with one rod & reel at a time to control the mayhem.

$200 per person for up to six people. We have a $600.00 minimum per trip. There needs to be one adult with the kids. (Please bring your own life jacket for kids under 12 to confirm proper fit)

Kids Fishing

Off shore tuna fishing is from 5am to 5pm unless conditions force the boat to return early. The season is open all year but the tuna usually show up in the fall. All of the fishing is done on the troll. We troll with top of the line Cannon downriggers while slow trolling mackerel. Additionally, we use a combination of trolling jigs and spreader bars.

$600 per person for up to six people. We have a $2,500.00 minimum charge for an off-shore trip.

Afternoon BYO Booze Cruise

The BYO-Booze Cruise is just what the name suggests. Come aboard in the afternoon. Booze cruises take place from 4pm to 6pm to allow your party to enjoy the afternoon on the Monterey Bay. The trip is designed for two hours but may go slightly longer based on the weather and enjoyment of the party. We just slow cruise from Capitola to the lighthouse at Steamer Lane.

Bring your favorite beverage and food, including all drinkware and silverware. A cooler and ice will be provided.

$100.00 per person with a $400.00 minimum charge.

Burial at Sea

A burial at sea experience includes the final disposition of your loved one's remains in the Monterey Bay with the upmost respect and care. Up to six passengers are invited to attend a burial at sea on Little Waypoint. This experience can be customized to fulfill the passengers wishes in collaboration with the captain. We are sorry for you loss. We can schedule a burial at sea any time. It is best in the morning due to the sea conditions. Due to the State of California we have to set the ashes 3 miles off shore. This makes for a nice slow cruise. We have seen whales, sea lions and sea otters in the past. Bring your flowers or any thing else you want to leave with you love one. You are also welcome to bring your favorite beverage and food.

The burial is a set price. The cost is $600.00 per burial with a maximum capacity of six people. The burial will last 2 to 3 hours.

If you want to come aboard the spacious Waypoint and fish with your own tackle or go off shore and look for whales, that trip can also be booked.
